Is the Adventure Park safe?
Yes. Safety is our top priority. All tours are operated by trained guides using professional equipment. Before every activity, guests receive a safety briefing and are properly fitted with the required safety gear.

What is the most popular tour?
Our Canopy Zipline Tour is the hero experience of Hacienda La Norma Adventure Park.
The tour features six zip lines ranging from 700 to 900 meters, offering spectacular views of the hacienda and surrounding dry tropical forest. It’s an unforgettable way to experience the landscape from above.
Do I need experience to participate in the tours?
It depends on the activity.
Some experiences — such as the Canopy Zipline Tour, Lowland Horseback Riding, and guided Hiking trails — are beginner-friendly and suitable for first-time adventurers.
However, ATV Mountain tours require previous riding experience due to the more challenging terrain.
